Registration and ticketing.
An event landing page with registration, ticket tiers, payments, and an automatic VAT-compliant invoice. Money lands in your own Stripe account, not ours. Invoices follow Lithuanian VAT rules, not a generic global template.
Two delivery modes
1. Public registration with tickets
The event page is visible to anyone with the link. The attendee picks a ticket tier (early bird, regular, student, partner), fills in the form, pays through Stripe, and immediately gets a personal access link plus a VAT invoice. Fits paid conferences, training programmes, and sponsored events.
2. Invite-only with approval
The attendee fills in the registration form but does not get access immediately. The organiser approves or rejects in a dashboard. On approval, the access link is sent automatically. Fits VIP events, internal company gatherings, and academic conferences with limited capacity.
What to expect on event day
- Ticket tiers: multiple tiers with separate pricing and capacity, e.g. Early Bird (50 seats, EUR 99), Regular (200 seats, EUR 149), Student (50 seats, EUR 49). Tiers open and close by date or by sales count.
- Payments: Stripe Connect, the organiser connects their own Stripe account, money lands directly in your balance. ProConf takes 1.5% per paid ticket. Stripe processing fees apply separately at their standard rates.
- Invoices: automatically generated VAT invoices with sequential numbering, buyer details, and 21% VAT. Compliant with Lithuanian VAT law, including credit notes for refunds (LT VAT Article 80).
- Password-free access: every attendee gets a personal magic-link by email. Valid for 30 days. No passwords, no apps, no social login.

Frequently asked
How do attendees register?
They open the event page, pick a ticket tier, fill in the form with name and email (with optional extra fields, e.g. institution, dietary preference), pay through Stripe (if it is a paid ticket), and immediately receive a confirmation with a personal access link. No password to create.
Are the VAT invoices Lithuanian-compliant?
Yes. VAT 21% is calculated automatically (with a per-event override if a different rate is needed). Invoices carry a sequential number, buyer details (name, surname, company code, VAT code), net, VAT amount, and gross. For refunds we issue a credit note; the original invoice is never deleted (LT VAT Article 80).
How is this different from Eventbrite or Tito?
Eventbrite is solid for global events but Lithuanian VAT compliance has to be patched in by hand or via integrations. Tito is dev-conference focused and works well globally but, again, not LT VAT. ProConf bundles VAT, invoices, access, and streaming into one platform with no five-tool integration. If your event is in LT and you need to file with the tax office, and you want money to land in your own Stripe rather than via a middle platform, we are the simpler answer.
Can I import an attendee list from a previous system?
Yes. A CSV or Excel file with names and emails imports with several data-handling options: skip duplicates, update existing records, or stop on conflict. A dry run before the real import shows how many records will be added, updated, or rejected.
Do attendees need to create a password?
No. Each attendee gets a personal magic-link by email. Click the link and the event page opens, signed in. The link is valid for 30 days, so reopening the email after the event (e.g. to watch a recording) does not require a fresh login.
How many ticket tiers can I have?
Practically unlimited. A typical conference has 3 to 6 tiers (Early Bird, Regular, Student, Speaker, Sponsor, VIP). Each tier sets its own price, capacity, and sales window. Tiers can carry their own extra fields, e.g. a student tier asks for a student ID, a partner tier asks for a company code.
How are refunds handled?
A refund is initiated from the Stripe panel or the ProConf dashboard. A credit note is issued automatically, the attendee's access is revoked, and the action is recorded in the audit log. The original invoice stays in the system and is never deleted, preserving the legal trail.
Can I add manual VIP entries?
Yes. The organiser can manually add attendees from the dashboard (VIPs, walk-ins, invitees), assign them to a specific tier or to an invite-only tier, and immediately send the access link. No Stripe payment is involved in this case.
How much does it cost?
Registration and ticketing are part of the event package. Filming, streaming, and econf.ai platform services start from 1,200 EUR excl. VAT. Paid tickets carry a 1.5% service fee, plus Stripe processing fees at their standard rates.
