# Private live streaming

> A closed stream for registered attendees only. None of the Zoom-meeting feel, none of the YouTube public exposure. Runs on our own econf.ai platform, so ticketing, access, and the stream itself live in one loop.

## Two delivery modes

### 1. Closed stream for registered attendees

Each attendee registers, gets a personal access link by email, and watches without a password. The stream is invisible to anyone outside that list. Fits paid events, internal company gatherings, and any event where it matters who sees the content.

### 2. Half-open stream with ticketing

A public landing page describes the event so people can find it, but the actual stream opens only after a ticket is purchased or registration is approved. Payments run through Stripe; invoices are generated automatically following Lithuanian VAT rules.

## What to expect on event day

- **Video quality:** HD (1080p) is the standard. We do not offer higher resolutions because, in practice, HD is enough for conferences and training events.
- **Latency to viewer:** roughly 3 to 5 seconds from camera to screen. In practice this matches AI caption latency, so the viewer's experience stays in sync.
- **Post-event recording:** the stream is recorded automatically. After the event, the recording is available on the same page, still gated to registered attendees, or opened publicly if you decide to.
- **On-site monitoring:** our technician watches the stream health, switches cameras, reacts to issues. A failover stream takes over if anything drops.

## Languages

The stream works in every language enabled for AI captions or voice translation. Each online viewer picks a language from the menu independently.

- Original speaker language
- EN ↔ LT
- RU ↔ LT
- PL, DE, UK, FR, ES
- others on request

## When it fits, when it does not

### Good fit

- Paid event where the link must not be freely shared.
- Internal company event that should not leak outside.
- Hybrid conference with remote attendees in different countries.
- Training programme with an archive that attendees come back to later.
- Event with access control by ticket type (e.g. student / attendee / speaker).

### Not a fit

- Internal team meeting where Zoom or Teams is the simpler answer.
- Free public webinar with no registration; YouTube Live is cheaper and lighter.
- TV-grade broadcast with a separate broadcast director and crew.

## What is included with ProConf

- **Multi-camera filming and switching**, cameras, control, switching, on-air graphics and lower thirds, all live.
- **Private stream for registered attendees**, personal access link, no password.
- **Payments and ticketing (if needed)**, via Stripe, with auto-generated VAT invoices.
- **Post-event recording**, on the same page, with the same access control.
- **Failover stream**, takes over automatically if the primary fails.
- **On-site monitoring**, a technician watches stream health throughout the event.

## Pricing

Private streaming is part of the event package. Filming, streaming, and econf.ai platform services (registration, ticketing, AI translation, Q&A) start from:

**from €1,200 (excl. VAT)**

The final price depends on camera count, language set, registration volume, and scenography. A standalone streaming rate (for integrating into another team's AV setup) will be published with the [pricing calculator](/en/) in the coming months.

## Frequently asked

### How do attendees access the stream?

After registering or buying a ticket, the attendee gets a personal access link by email. Clicking the link opens the stream without a password. The link is valid until the end of the event, or longer if you set it that way.

### Can I see who watched the stream?

Yes. After the event you receive a report with the viewer list, watch time, and activity metrics. This is often useful for sponsor reporting or training-programme administration.

### What is the stream quality?

Standard is HD (1080p). The picture reaches the viewer in roughly 3 to 5 seconds. The stream plays in the same browser page on mobile and desktop, no separate app required.

### Is the stream recorded?

Yes, automatically. After the event the recording is available on the same page, still gated to registered attendees, or opened to the public if you choose. It works as both a training archive and a sponsor-facing artifact.

### Can I stream to multiple platforms at once?

Yes. The primary stream goes to the econf.ai page, and in parallel the same feed can be sent to YouTube, Facebook, or LinkedIn if you want public reach. Privacy controls remain in your hands.

### What happens if internet drops at the venue?

On site we typically use two independent internet sources (mobile + wired) so one takes over if the other fails. We confirm this with you ahead of time so we know what infrastructure to expect at the venue.

### Does this help with EAA accessibility compliance?

Yes. Combined with AI captions, the stream covers the main European Accessibility Act requirements for professional training and conference events. The viewer enables captions in the language they prefer.

### How is this different from Zoom Webinar or Vimeo?

Zoom is built for meetings, not events; it lacks ticketing, registration controls, and a public landing page. Vimeo Events bills as a subscription, which only pays off for a continuous programme. ProConf streaming is delivered as an event service, with full on-site AV support, and you pay per event rather than for an always-on subscription.

### How much does it cost?

Private streaming is part of the event package. Filming, streaming, and econf.ai platform services (registration, ticketing, AI translation, Q&A) start from 1,200 EUR excl. VAT. A standalone streaming rate (for integrating into another team's AV setup) will be published with the pricing calculator in the coming months.
